1 - Can Android Converter copy DVDs with copy protection?
Android Converter is not able to convert DVD-videos or other videos or audio-CDs with an effective copy protection.
2 - Where do you have to store Android Converter-created files?
You copy the completed files to the supplied memory card, either via USB directly
to the Android-device (depending on the respective model) or to a memory card
reader at the PC. A directory convention does not exist, for a better overview
one should start different folders on the card, e.g. "Video", "Music"
and "Photos".
3 - I cannot access the copied files from my mobile phone!
After copying you have to interrupt the USB-connection and remove the cable!
Otherwise the video files are not listed in the player. As long as device and
PC are connected the software does not display files.
4 - My mobile phone does not have a video player!
Though photos, videos and songs are automatically found on the memory card only photos and music can be played immediately. For videos you require the respective player. We recommend using the freeware ‚Video Player' by Jeff Hamilton, which is available for download from ‚Android Market' free of charge. ‚Android Market' is a platform for download of tools and other programs for the Android-operating system, similar to the App Shop of Apple's iTunes Store.
5 - I cannot access my mobile phone via USB!
Connect your Android-device via USB to the computer. You then have to "release"
the USB-connection via the mobile phone. The reason is that Android is based
on Linux and under Linux you first have to mount new disk drives before they
are accessible.
